Your right to privacy has always been of utmost importance to us.

Hopkins Foundation will not share and nonpublic personal information about our donors with a nonaffiliated third party unless the institution provides them with a notice of its privacy policies and practices. This notice must include the type of information that it collects about our donors and the categories of persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. We are providing our clients with this document to notify them of the privacy policies and practices of Hopkins Foundation.

We may collect nonpublic personal information about our donors from the following sources:

• Information we receive from our donors such as on applications or other forms.

• Information about donors from transactions we secure from our files or from our affiliates.

We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist our clients with professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations and our own professional standards.

At this time, it is our policy not to share nonpublic personal information with any non-affiliated third parties. In the event our policy changes you will be notified and given the chance to opt out of such disclosures.
